Beatrice lives in Pine Lake, is a native San Franciscan, and she has real estate in her blood – with parents as Top Producers for 20+ years, Beatrice has been in and around the family business most of her life. Spending most of her life here, she is well-versed in our very unique market and neighborhood shifts.

Beatrice also has a background in marketing, advertising, construction, and project management. She earned her BS in Business with an emphasis in Marketing at SFSU. She pairs her marketing and construction background with her enjoyment of building personal relationships to deliver results. Beatrice helps navigate this complex decision-making process for first-time home buyers, experienced investors, families, and everyone in between, from Sonoma to Livermore to San Francisco and everywhere in between. She has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2001 and getting her Broker's license in 2019. Being a Realtor at Re/Max, the largest brokerage in the nation, she has a vast network and global reach to provide quality real estate services to all her clients. Beatrice likes to listen. Past clients want future clients to know about Beatrice's untiring efforts to provide the best possible support.

San Francisco properties sell before hitting the market, and “if you blink, you may miss it.” Establishing a cadence with the right team is essential. Beatrice can quickly assemble a team of experts – whether it be certified energy and water inspectors, home inspectors, pest inspectors, stagers, mortgage/loan brokers, escrow officers, or anyone in the entire Re/Max Gold network – they work tirelessly towards your success. By working with Beatrice, you also get access to exclusive listings of private sellers.

Beatrice's love for community and people make working with her a genuine and connected experience. Around town, you may find Beatrice petting random dogs on the street or hiking with her rescued dog, Zoey.
